Game update v2.00
Added new manager stats feature.
Changed the way sessions start, they don't start automatically any more to allow the player to get their riders ready to go out on track without using session time.
Fixed various small issues and a few other small bugs.
NOTE - A new game will need to be started in order to play this latest version, this version is NOT compatible with saved games from previous versions.
