Update 5: The "Stuff" Update!

I said, because I have other things to work on, I was done updating It Steals for a while. I am. But I just had to do a little more to it before I finally call it quits. I couldn't help myself.

EDIT: Actually. There IS one more update coming...

CHANGES:

* Added some junk to the map to make it feel more like an actual place.

* Gave the radar a cooler appearance.

      - It now takes longer to boot up the radar.

*  Improved the chase drums.
