Fixed all of the quests now :D
Basically you won't be able to finish the quest until you actually go and interrogate some of the Pedestrians to gather information regarding towards the quest.
Tomorrow I'll be working on the note gathering system where all of the Detective's findings and thoughts relating towards the investigation shall be noted down, for the players to look back on to attempt to discover whose the murderer is ;)
Of course as in the description, this murder case isn't the only thing you'll be investigating hehehe
