Released 0.3.15 Part 3

I redid the popup text system:

• Removed sway (should make any lag on older systems better)
• Removed vertical movement
• Added a hit box to them so they don't spawn on each other.
• Reduced time on screen
• Limited them to 10 at a time.
• Also removed pop-ups for XP ( I thought I removed those before releasing)

All in all it make for a faster and more readable game.
