Updated Autopilot rules!

Some minor tweaks to the rules:

• Clarifying that if you prefer you can load a passenger from anywhere in the terminal, or only from the passengers on the card the aircraft is attached to (decide this before you start playing).
  
• Updated the Autopilot rules so that if the Autopilot draws an aircraft card then this should be played to either add passengers to an aircraft or to depart a full aircraft (thanks to @shamuspsmith for the suggestion here - great idea!)
