Update and New Video Tutorial

Hello!
It is time for an update and a new tutorial video.

The new tutorial video shows how to use the "bundles" feature in the WaveBots Editor to generate an entire set of audio files for a project.

Added features in version 0.0.9:

• Improved 'Renders' tab with shortcut keys for each generated file in the player and easier navigation
• Support for multiple selected items in the treeview components
• The delete key now removes items in treeviews
  • EDIT:  Found a nasty bug with this feature, so try to avoid it. This will be fixed in 0.0.10
• Added waveshaper filter wet mod destination
• Added more settings for LFOs
• Toggle buttons are now used for active state and length type in phrases
• Voice leading settings can now be copied and pasted

Bugfixes:

• Figuration line player didn't play the correct line
• Ctrl-C key gesture not selecting the correct treeview
