I submitted the game a couple of days before the Jam's deadline. I was burnt out and chose to upload the project as is, but I came to know of a couple game breaking bugs 😅.
I'm feeling better now so I took the change to fix things and implement some things that were still on the to do list. The biggest thing is that I changed the control scheme. Most people are playing the game on the browser, and given how ESC is the Pause Key, as well as the key you use to leave the in-game computer UIs, I changed things a bit.
You now move with the arrows keys instead of WASD, and pause with P. Additionally, I added a Back button (X) which lets you leave the computer screens. Now you can leave them with either P or X, meaning you wont be pressing ESC and toggling out of the web build's full screen.
The version also has bug fixes, QoL changes, tweaked pathfinding, and a shorter but final map for the final chase. Also, there is a Linux build now.
I included a Changelog along with the Executable versions. You can download them if you want to read them.
If there aren't any game breaking issues, I will hold off on adding more changes. I intend to use this game's code structure as the basis for my future projects, so there is a lot I want to clean up. There are some areas I want to improve artistically and technically, though I won't be adding any new content.
