Biweekly Update #3 - corps, cameras, and more powerful plugins
New Features:

- paradox device: stuns both the user and the target, causing them to miss their next turns.
- new keyword: remote - allows a hacker program to breach a target at up to its attack range
- corporations now have their own suites of unique defense programs and features.
- enforcement solutions:
- upgraded turrets with longer range and more powerful attack
- more powerful and resilient defense programs
- shadow technologies:
- corporation programs have stealth
- New Player program:
