Fixed an error in applyEffect. Single-target actions should no longer hit the whole party.
addeffect will now generate an error message if no arguments are passed to it.
Knocked Down applications should no longer create an error.
Knocked Down should now correctly decrease Defense, instead of increasing it.
Fixed some text glitches in the previews of "struggle" and "rest" actions.
actions_this_turn should no longer generate an error when an enemy uses an ally-targeting skill.
Exclusive effects should now be properly applies again.
