Update: Corrections and Answer Key

I have uploaded an updated version of the book draft.  Summary of changes:

• I recently noted an error in Lesson 2.3, in the discussion about default values. The only variables that get default values are class variables. I have updated that section to reflect the correction, and also updated Exercises 2.3.3 and 2.3.4.
• I also added information in Chapter 1 about the Java Virtual Machine (JVM), and updated the Lesson 2.3 explanation of bytecode to reference the JVM.
• I also added a separate file that includes answers and solutions to all of the lesson exercises and study questions so far.
