Enemy AI Overhaul

  • Complete AI personality system with three difficulty modes: Defensive (Easy), Balanced (Normal), Offensive (Hard)
  • Enemy AI behavior now visible to player during gameplay
  • Improved AI movement scoring - enemies no longer get stuck in conquered territory
  • Tuned spawn distribution and garrison logic
  • Scouts given significant exploration boost

UI/UX Improvements

  • New unit selection panel showing currently selected units
  • Cycling selection through unit types
  • Settings menu reorganized with new "Gameplay" tab for difficulty selector
  • Scrollbars added to settings menu for better overflow handling
  • How to Play menu updated with movement changes

Quality of Life

  •  Auto-pathing now works for stations (supply lines)
  •  Sound sliders default to 50% instead of requiring manual adjustment
  •  Option to disable CRT flicker effect
  •  CRT hum bar speed can be disabled (set to 0)
  •  Research terminal now grabs keyboard focus on open

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed mixed unit stacks losing movement control
  • Fixed relay stations incorrectly allowing remote station building
  • Fixed wormholes consistently linking faction homebases (furthest nodes)
  • Fixed research terminal keyboard input
  • Removed broken station extension logic
