Knob Control Update

Time for another update!

• Added a simple knob control that is suitable for some instrument settings such as detune
• Added sliders to support some of the settings such as scale base, measure count etc
• Included a Midi pitch bend output example. This one includes also the pitch bend arpeggios, which is turned off by default since some of the DAWs can't really handle such fast pitch bends correctly
• Improved grouping of song template parameters
• Improved decimal value text formats
• Now possible to edit midi drum index ranges that can be used for rendering pitched percussion in Midi
• Lots of behind-the-scenes work to support a future undo/redo system
