Alpha 10.0.0 and Color

This version adds most of levels 6 and 7 and implements variable water color! It's cool stuff, go check it out.

Changes

• Changed puzzle titles to be consistent
• Graphical change to junctions to fit better with other parts

Bugfixes

• Gates now show their water flow rates when you hold shift while paused
• As of 10.0.1: fixed puzzle 6.2 going to 5.2
