Made some changes to the basic shader, i use for text, shapes and textures
wanted to implements outline, tried some variations, but did not like the look. will try again
instead i now increase the size of hovered elements a bit, and removed the color highlight, which looked a bit off.
cropped some outline code, to make stuff near transparent pixels change the color a bit. now rectangles don't look so plain anymore.
