I have always been a firm believer in getting a game out to the masses as soon as possible and iterating over the design once people are in game and able to give feedback. Holding true to that belief I have launched Factions: Online into Early Access. While in it's current state it's still very much a Pre-Alpha enough of the ground work is there that people can log in, chat, create guilds, and take part in what content is currently available.
Going forward the servers will be online 24/7. Over night Fridays (EST) I will be taking the server offline, doing what maintenance is required and updating the server software to the latest version. Down time will be between 3 and 4 hours.
