Update #8: Bug fixes and polish

1. Fixed clipping through the blue bin
2. Fixed menu losing selected item when game loses focus

1. Overhauled movement and throwing for a smoother experience and easier pickup of TP

Design

1. Added randomly generated foliage to the play area, the longer you survive the more jungley it gets.
2. Custom cursor
