The Underground Creatures update #2

Small changes this time:

• Updated the resuscitation process. Now you'll have some time to reposition your hero before getting hit again (i.e., no more "stuck in the lava").
• Continues are free, although resuscitation is still 1000 gold.
• Redone all the tile set for better presentation (minor thing).
• Changed a little bit the boss stage.
