This marks the second game update, which rebalances forts and level fortunes, adds Panic.
Dread
Dread+
Dread at 10g (was Dead at 5g)
Break at -5g (was Doubt at 10g)
Speed: 1 (was 0)
Damage: 1 (was 0)

Doom
Doom+
Damage +1 at 20g (was Doom at 25g)
Damage +2 at 30g (was Damage +1 at [10 + dmg x 5]g)
Speed: 2 (was 5)

Doom can now only be upgraded.
Doubt
Doubt+
Dread at 25g (was Convert: Dread at -5g)
Convert: Dread at -10g (was Break at 10g)
Speed: 2 (was 1)
Damage: 2 (was 5)

Doubt can now only attack flying enemies.
Panic (new)
Panic+
Convert: Dread at -1g
Damage +1 at -1g
Speed: 10

Panic loses 1 damage per attack.

Level 7: Lives +50 / Mill +1
Level 8: Health +15 / Pace → 2
Level 9: Pace → 2 / Speed +1
Level 10: Walk / Enemies -5
Level 11: Panic / Doom
Level 12: Enemies +2 / Enemies -2
Level 13: Health +5 / Gold -10
Level 14: Health +20 / Pace → 1
Level 15 Walk / Panic

Level-modifying dilemmas now only effect the next immediate level.
