New version 1.0.5

Sorry, I'm just pushing them out as I get bug reports in. So here are some fixes:

• Fix transport ship not there when exiting, re-entering and then exiting station again in system where transport is supposed to be.
• Fix possible crash when loading a game while you were using auto-pilot.
• Fix possible crash when landing at a place with a "WAIT 10 MINUTES" button.

The top one I wanted to fix fast because that was causing some confusion.
