Chatup!

Now there is in game chat!

It is limited by design. Basically there can only be 1 line of chat at a time and it vanishes after a few seconds. So it's kinda like playing in person, if you missed the conversation, you missed it. Also if you talk over each other, some people will go ignored unless they repeat themselves.

Changes I have coming up for this will be to limit chat with opposite teams only because as the rules say "no player shall communicate with any member of their own team", because that would be cheating.
