macOS version & controller support

Features:

• Add macOS version
• Add controller support to web & desktop builds

Fixes:

• Fix mouse capture issues on itch (exiting the tab, or alt tabbing, now brings up the menu and decaptures the mouse)
• Prevent camera from being able to go upside down
• Set default window size to exclusive fullscreen (only affects desktop builds)

Misc:

• Escape now also works as a menu button
