Various Improvements and Bugfixes

The improvements in version 0.0.4:

• Possible to turn off the visualizer. Turned off by default for SFXs
• Added access keys for some common operations such as play, randomize and render
• Improved tab navigation within application
• Added a new tutorial draft about rendering to Midi and other formats
• Pitch bend grace activated for happy platformer template by default
• Possible to set custom program for render results also in render settings
• More icons integrated
• Added option to always hide the task window and only show the status bar progress bar
• Improved bell and tire screech SFX templates

For the next version, I want to improve the progression editor to make it easier to edit and inspect the chord notes. Also going to add some kind of progression player as well.
