++++BIG: Re-added saving [can't remember exactly what the old prompt looked like]
++++BIG: turned down travel time by an hour across all modes. it was too hard for people to explore the town in normal mode when starting out, so they were missing much of the city. i mostly changed it originally to stop myself from exploiting something, but i'm not too worried about it. probably should leave tough mode travel time up, but i'll try it like this for a little while. doesn't hurt to let people have an easier time
