The full theme has finally been released! I've finished it, it now has all icons done and optimized, the total .ptf theme file is just 14.8KB total. This is a significant amount of optimization, compared to many other themes, which seem to average around 100-600KB.
A tutorial will be made and posted being available to watch soon! The tutorial will walk you through the process of cords and or adaptors needed, how to install and get the file onto your PSP, and how to apply the theme on your PSP!
