Level of Difficulty + Animations

I've just uploaded v0.4. Let me explain the two highlights of it.

Awesome background animation

Ok. It is just a simple rotation. But hey - more stuff is moving. In case someone doesn't like it: You can disable the animations in the settings. 

But ok, let's come to the real highlight of the update

You can define the level of difficulty

Yes right! You now can make the game harder by changing the followers speed! The settings now have an additional option for it. And you can choose between:

• Slow (default)
• Normal
• Fast
• Extreme
• Panic Buyer

For those who are going for Panic Buyer: Have fun and good luck. You will need it! Like when you go to the super market in order to buy some toilet paper. You will need a lot of luck to get some. But you probably won't be faster than a panic buyer :-P.
