Engine upgrade!

- Upgraded to Godot 4.6 (new UI woohoo)
- Started and Added HowTo text file for enemy/player
+/- Cleaned up the code, should be much more readable and organized
- Enemies actually hit and damage player (vice versa)
- For player getting damaged, it just prints current health and if dead
- Enemies actually die, and remove from the world
- Flash when hit
