34. Drawing the World

Two Steps Forward
A downloadable game for Windows and macOS

A good chunk of this week was spent animating Shida's thrust attack during the parry and creating a small UI HP bar for the enemy. I thought working with Unity text was difficult at first, but after stumbling upon the right Reddit thread, it became a lot easier. Afterwards, I had to decide what I should prioritize my time on next. I chose to work on drawing out level backgrounds rather than making more animations. This was mainly because I was tired of seeing the same background. It definitely needs a lot more work, but I'm happy with the progress I'm making so far!
