Hello! I've made some quick fixes and improvements. I've posted the changelog below.
I've started using butler, you can receive updates automatically if you use the itch.io app! :D I think that's how it works.
There is a problem on mac where the screen gets corrupted on respawn. I'm working on it, but in the meantime pixellation is disabled by default. You can still change it in the settings.
