Added a setup installer

Thanks to Inno Setup I created a proper Windows installer. This makes it easy for you to add the application and some shortcuts, and also equally easy to get rid of the program again.

Compiled setup file and Inno Setup script file is merged to Github.

Bonus.

I found two interesting starting patterns, see them at the top of this page. Try them :-)
