I had a pretty busy week last week, and didn't get nearly as much done as I would have liked. As a result the tentative timeline for 2.0 has been pushed back a week, to a targeted release of November 4th. That said, most of the ground work for structure upgrading is in place. 3 levels of upgrades are in place for walls, towers, and gatehouses (Mudbrick, Wood, and Limestone). Upgrades for economic buildings and barracks are next. The majority of the work needed for those will be art assets, and so progress will be slower than I'd like.
Once structure upgrading is finished there are a bunch of small tweaks and fixes to do, and some adjustments to world generation.
