I've tried another iteration on the problem of communicating to the player where they can (and cannot) jump to - my fourth major take on this UI. I call the new elements "jump paths", curved and animated segments extending from the player avatar to where they can land. I think this is much clearer than before and I can hardly imagine why it wasn't my first take on the issue.
My last devlog said "Next Update Delayed Until September 14th". Lol, well, what's a half-year between friends, right?
