Buruwasu Murder Mystery

  • Added NPC's! The core foundation of Non Playable Character's have been introduced. Each NPC has their own traits and feelings that are not known to the player. This governs the different states and behaviour the NPC has.
  • NPC's are split into two groups; Important NPC's and Non Important NPC's

3D Rendering Pipeline Improvements

I've been developing Action 69 to be ran on low tier gaming computers. As you can my PC ranks 32% on PCGameBenchmark.


On Buruwasu Murder Mystery I've been averaging anywhere between 60fps to 80fps with random dips to 59fps on the previous update. I've since then added a occlusion culling algorithm to help reduce the amount of draw calls of 3D objects to just the camera of what you can see. This has boosted performance on my rig from 80fps to 165fps on average with no dips below 60fps.

This is great news as it allows me to further populate the city with more models with a variety of props as well as new functionality such as with NPC's.

  • Updated gun shop marker to use a corona
  • Updated character model, because it was too small.
  • The gun shop is now called "Shine of Light"
The next update scheduled is a major content update debuting with the perk card system scheduled to be released in the next few months for Super Bandonio Bros.
