Bugfix to V3

Just to let you all know, bugfix for V3 is now out, after a couple of community feedback posts.

Have also changed some stuff:

-New nobles will inherit enshadowment from a random person in their society, so they're likely to start with shadow if the others are already enshadowed

-New ability: Hate the Light. Makes nobles with shadow hate those without, to break deadlocks in voting, where you can't rally your enshadowed successfully.
