This is my first attempt to make a game :)
My daughter told me about the game they played in college, which was based on Tiktok trends they saw. They called it Imposter — as I learned later, this type of games is often called that. They used paper cards to write words (or the word "Imposter") for each other, and when we tried to play it at home, it was pretty fun, except preparing paper cards in advance was kinda tedious. Also, people recognized their handwriting, so when they got "Imposter" in their hand, they could guess what was the word they added. So we decided to make a small web helper for this game, and so we did. I did infra work and coding (yes, with Codex help). My daughter was product owner, and we discussed rules and their implementation.
So what we have now is a very simple game, mostly just a helper for an offline play. It doesn’t necessarily require all players to be in the same room – but it’s more fun that way. I’ll be glad if you wanted to try it!
