Patch Notes 1.3.5 (fix)

- The description of the Blue Bandana has been fixed (1.75% -> 0.75%).
- Item speed values have been corrected, which were being displayed incorrectly when equipped.
These adjustments are purely visual and had no real effect on gameplay.
