From the beginning of this project SAMUDRA we consciously set out to compose a post-apocalyptic world that reflects issues such as global warming, flooding, human greed, human ignorance, nature exploitations and ultimately pandemics. Its strange feeling to observe this worldly event transpiring right before us - Covid-19 has globally worsen since its first outbreak at the start of 2020, with cases rising everyday due to complications from contracting this highly contagious respiratory virus. Deep condolences to all the families that were affected by this, and to the patients that were tested positive - we hope for your speedy recuperation.
We at Khayalan Arts were also supposed to be a part of a game convention this week in San Francisco, which was eventually postponed – and rightfully for the best.
As you may have already seen it over and over everywhere, please do keep your personal hygiene clean, wash hands extremely often, pump the vitamins and antibody, use the maskers only when you are ill and do not panic buy (or worse opportunistic selling) - leave the maskers alone to the nurses/ doctors and the sick, be courteous to others – its times like this that we really need to keep our mindfulness and humanity above anything else.
