Our prototype did not get approved, so we needed another week to add some important mechanics and have an overall better feel of the game.
We added lasso & package mechanics:
- Grabbing packages from a distance
- Stealing packages from other players
- Packages open (disappear) after the timer runs out
Created a camera:
- The camera follows the players but stays within a given screen range.
- Players will bounce back if they try to go past the camera view
Problems we ran into:
- If a player had a package on his back and brushed against a planet with it, it would continuously affect his movement speed (force on package)
- Time management and deadlines
- Visualizing has proven more difficult then assumed but we have a decent fix for the prototype phase.

Testing:
- Procedural Planet generation in Houdini
-Lighting test in Unity
-Modeling Techniques (Smoothing)
Problems/Observations:
- Setting up Unity
- Loosing work if you forget to submit in Unity
- Trees look too spikey
- Struggle with the p4v workflow.
