New Death Animation

This release includes a major change to how you die. Previously when you died the ship would freeze and the walls would continue downward until the screen cleared. Coincidentally, when the walls or ship are fading during the harder levels, it's hard for the player to tell where they collided with the wall. Some players found this confusing and some found it unfair. Now when you die we play an explosion sound, freeze the action, turn your ship red, and make all the walls visible. This makes your crash point completely clear.
