Menu Extension v1.36

Greetings.
After another report from Noctellion, I have attempted once again to mitigate more menu offset troubles with the extension. As such, I have updated the plugin to v1.36 with the following changes:
- The YEP_PartySystem menu scene now draws the dark rectangles, and parameter text at the correct offset, instead of 3 pixels lower.
- This will make the top of the first parameter once again line up with the top of the first equipment slot.
- Added another plugin parameter to reduce the offset value for the param rectangles only on the party scene.
- For some reason, the party scene's offset needed to be 2 pixels smaller on the default linespacing/resolution/font size in order to line up correctly. If I'd simply hardcoded this 2 pixel value, we'd still have problems, so it is now user settable.
- Made it so that the width of the text that displays the main and offhand parameter name is now dynamically set, rather than be 120 pixels wide on the YEP_Equip scene.
- This should give projects with a higher resolution more room to make the name much longer before it becomes squished and unreadable.
- This is unlikely to affect projects using the default resolution/linespacing/font size, as the value it was originally hardcoded to was close to the max width it could be.
I am hopeful this is the last update I'll need to push concerning this, but pragmatic enough to know that probably won't be the case.
