Took me bloody long enough.

Highlights:

• Incredible, gorgeous artwork by Chaoclypse and Dan Morison!
• Massively overhauled character creation, with 36 new backgrounds to choose from!
• Tons of new weapons, tools and vehicles to beg, borrow and steal!
• Layout revised for better legibility!
• Overhauled spellcasting system and new spells - no more mana dice!
• New guidelines for wilderness crawls, ruin exploraion, settlements and downtime!
• Both a spreads and pages option are now available!

Please note that this update includes some breaking changes - a lot of spells have been retired and revised, and partial successes have been relegated to an optional ruling at the Referee's discretion.

Crucially, this is not a final update or full version. Life threw me a bunch of loops in 2025 which meant having to deprioritise Decree - I'm confident things will get a bit better in terms of updates going forward. I really hope you enjoy the new update and look forward to hearing from you with regards to any feedback you might have.
