TWBD demo - version 1.01

Hello everyone, Alwayspolite2 here! Here's a little day one patch! There are still some larger issues to address, but we thought we'd get the smaller ones out of the way first.

Here's a list of changes:

• Fixed an issue where some tracks did not loop
• Changed colours of A, B and N's text
• Made knocking occur only once
• Added some instructional graphics (click to proceed, scroll/arrow keys)
• Some other minor things
