Performance Update

Update Notes:
- Uploaded both a direct x 12 and direct x 11 version of the build. This should increase the range of compatible devices.
- All builds now have a hugely reduced file size! I found a few magic options in Unreal Engine and the final file size has gone from around 12GB to 1GB.
- Added more advanced graphics options. Lowering these settings should help eliminate most of the performance issues that were occurring. Running the benchmark should set the ideal settings for your PC. You can tweak these settings to your liking at anytime through the options menu and at start up.
