This was an interesting build, and I had a lot f fun. My 5 yr. old son and I came up with the basic idea of this game. I spent too much time on the art like usual. I really wanted him to help with the music since I did everything else, but the song we were going to use did not get saved in the rush of trying to get this done and a whirlwind of a newborn baby. The game came out pretty good considering I had a baby in my arms for 90%of the time.
The mechanics were from a modified version of Billy's Platformer Controller. The enemies were rushed a little. I Don't understand what is happening with the mini-boss as far as jumping extremely high sometimes, but I found that unity is pretty inconsistent with jumping with a rigid body.
The animations were not completed for the ground enemies. I just ran out of time. The main boss animations were a mix of coding and key frame animation.
