Post Jam Patch (0.1.2)

New Features / Additions :

• Added Infinite Machines option in the settings.
  • Since many people wanted a bit more automation out of an automation game, I've added the ability to spawn more machines of any type in any level. By design, the levels were created to only really need one machine, so it can get a bit cluttered if you decide to do this.
• Q to toggle crafting UIs
  • Since more machines can now be spawned, the crafting UI can get a bit in the way.
• Crafter will now better retain items not used.

Bug fixes :

• Items no longer get deleted when two conveyors try to give an item to one conveyor at the same time.
