Tutorial level

Hello! 

Major: I have added a tutorial level to the game! You will have to go into the hallway each time for it to activate, but it works. 

Minor: Changed the main menu to respawn you at the beginning. I know it's the same as the respawn button, I'm getting to the options menu soon. Small map changes to the main level: removed extra road, each level is more distinct with its assets.
