Fully fledged score system

Goblin Rush now has a fully fledged score system with star ranking at the end og each level and options for highscores. The current highscore is saved when the player exits the game, so that the player can keep pushing themsleves across sessions.

Changelog:

- The player can gain scorepoints by destroying crates ingame

- The player can gain scorepoints by killing enemies - different enemies have different scorepoints according to diffculty

- Highscore saved across sessions
