No, not Fus Roh Dah. Shouts are things NPCs can suggest to the player to get their attention

This will be more streamlined in the future, where the game exists between both the terminal and the overworld. Currently, to enter the game just go to "the computer"

NPC Soundbytes

When you talk to some npcs, a sound will play. It is used in the overworld demo with stupid joke lines, but to see it in action, you must play the game.

Updates are going to be more common
