This is the beginning of my Devlog for "Ancient Cure" (working) where I will be discussing the process and reasoning behind the design of the game.
- Where is the level?
- Ancient Ruins in a forest environment that goes underground as well.
- What does it feel like?
- It feels ancient but it’s almost as if the ruins are alive, trying to protect its treasure.
- There's almost a whimsical feel to the area.
- Why is the player there?
- To retrieve an ancient healing amulet based on legend.
- The world is experiencing a widespread, incurable plague, and this once believed myth is their last resort option.
