Interstellar Orphan: Beta Update

While we're planning for a content update for Valentine's Day, I wanted to push a couple bug fixes, as well as the new Gravity Well feature, since these were reported/requested by our first players:

• Akuji now learns Gravity Well at Level 3. This ability pulls other celestial bodies closer, adding another layer of interactivity with planets and stars as you speed through the universe.
• Fixed a bug where some asteroids (or Akuji) didn't die when reaching zero hit points.
• Included more tutorials and guides for touchscreen, mouse, and keyboard support.

On Valentine's Day, we'll be adding more things to do. Hint: cats.
