Dinopia 0.1.4

Boy, this game really needed more love than Alisaur.
So here's a list of changes:

• The Disclaimer now supports text-entry on devices with a virtual keyboard
• Corrected the missing room_night background
• I added a "Fullscreen" button to the Settings
• Fixed the audio sliders to mute it when they have a low value
• Added an icon with the Players face
• Disabled the left-button (it didn't work as expected half the time)

Of course there are other bugs but these were critical.
